The first step in addressing your urgent dental need is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone, email, or complete an online appointment request. We will make every effort to get you in as soon as possible. Often, we can get you in the same day!

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a link via text or email to complete all necessary forms. We ask that you complete your check-in forms at your earliest convenience. Filling them out promptly will allow us to attend to your dental needs more quickly than if you complete them upon your arrival. You can fill out your forms by clicking here.
